SATEL radio modems are intended to simplify the compex world of wireless communication. From time to time complexities develop and we are here to assist. Pick up the phone and call us, or try the Self-Help steps below:

Step 1 Elementary Troubleshooting: review and check the items in our Troubleshooting Guide (.pdf available here) to the best extent possible. Most common connection issues are covered.

Step 2: If the problem persists, write down the information on the nameplate of the radio. The nameplate identifies the modem’s serial number, origin, center frequency, bandwidth and hardware version- this information in essential to best address any difficulties you may be experiencing.

Step 3: After basic troubleshooting and gathering the necessary information, call or email us for a resolution to the difficulties you are having.
