SATELLAR UHF Ethernet Radio

The next generation in digital radio communication.

     SATELLAR simplifies design and implementation of complex networks and brings about a new level in flexibility with a modular design, multiple interface types, and a Linux operating system.

     Expansion modules are connectable between the base Radio Unit and Central Unit for advanced integration directly into original equipment, or SATELLAR provides the modular Radio Unit and Central Unit together or individually for the flexibility to meet today’s advanced communication needs.

     Built in capability to operate both as a transparent radio link for serial data and also as an intelligent gateway or router in long range wireless IP networks; SATELLAR allows for networks of mixed serial, IP, digital and analog devices.

     Settings for data transfer speeds up to 38,400 bps double the throughput of traditional UHF radio modems while options for a display and interface, built-in USB host and device ports and RJ-45 Ethernet allow for virtually any type of device connection. Integrated into the SATELLAR modular system is SATEL’s NMS application for real-time network monitoring, diagnostics, and remote configuration.
