Direct Connection to Sensors, Actuators & Instruments
The I-LINK I/O interface delivers real time
sensor data and controls remote devices by passing raw digital and analog signals.
Supporting a wide
range of digital and analog sensors and switches,
the I-LINK 100 replaces simple 2-wire connections
in point to point monitoring configurations.
Simply connect gauges, meters, scales, sensors, floats, switches, lighting controls, thermostats, analyzers, fans, heaters, alarm contacts, and much more.
Modbus RTU Addressable Remote I/O
With DIP switch configurable Modbus addressing
the I-LINK 100 becomes a remote I/O drop capable of directly interfacing with
Modbus RTU controllers and HMI platforms.
Expandable for More I/O
The I-LINK 100 features 4 Digital and 2 Analog
Inputs and also 4 Digital and 2 Analog Outputs. Expansion modules allow for up
to 22 digital and 2 analog inputs or 8 analog and 16 digital inputs with an equal
number of outputs.
Point to Point or Multipoint
I-LINK is capable of point-to-point digital connection
without configuration, and dip-switch addressable for point-to-multipoint connections
in larger networks. Multipoint networks can utilize the built-in fast pulse input
for metering, positioning, counters and other pulse output device applications.
Additional Levels of Reliability
Adding a Confirmation of Reception (CR) protocol
and also monitoring the connection status, the I-LINK 100 confirms each message
sent and retransmits any lost data. If the connection is lost or there is an
I/O failure an alarm output can trigger visible or audible notification.
Visual Status Indicators
Bright LED indicator lights provide visual status of all active inputs and outputs and any alarm states.
